The ARC-NRG Sliders
Used for performing a variety of exercise moves, both on and off the ARC-NRG PushUp machine, providing comprehensive, full body-work outs. In addition to providing the ’sliding’ action needed to execute certain exercise moves, the Sliders can simply act as a pad to place hands when performing moves and provide a means to easily relocate (slide) hands into different positions as you work through a circuit of varying PushUp moves, i.e.: changing hands positions from a Standard PushUp to a Tricep or Diamond PushUp.
Sliders are intended to provide enough grip with your hands or feet, while allowing for adequate ‘slide-ability’ across a range of surfaces. Typically the soft surface is better matched against hard floors (smooth, non-abrasive surfaces like wood floors, engineered or vinyl surfaces, even smooth tile with narrow grouting) while the hard Red side is better suited to use on carpeted flooring.
